Valley Legal is staffed by attorneys who are licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and committed to providing personal, responsive legal representation to clients throughout the New River Valley.

Our Approach

Valley Legal is a small firm, and we believe that is a strength. Clients work directly with an attorney, not a rotating roster of staff, and receive focused, personal attention throughout their matter.

We aim to communicate clearly and promptly, explain legal concepts in plain language, and help clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions.

Flat Fee Representation

Wherever possible, Valley Legal provides flat fee representation. Rather than billing by the hour, we agree on a set fee for the matter at the outset, so you know exactly what your legal representation will cost before we begin.

We believe clients are best served when they have a clear, predictable picture of their legal expenses. Flat fee arrangements remove the uncertainty of an hourly bill and allow you to focus on your matter rather than watching the clock.

Not every matter is suited to a flat fee. Some cases may be handled on a different fee basis. We will always discuss fees and billing arrangements clearly with you before you commit to representation.

Where We Practice

Valley Legal is based in Christiansburg, Virginia and serves clients throughout the New River Valley of Virginia and beyond. Our clients come from communities across the region, including Blacksburg, Radford, Pulaski, Floyd, Dublin, and surrounding areas.

We appear regularly in Montgomery County General District Court and Circuit Court, as well as Pulaski County General District Court and Circuit Court, and in other Virginia courts as our clients' matters require.

Christiansburg and Blacksburg sit at the heart of the New River Valley, and we understand the legal landscape of the region: its courts, its communities, and its people.
